Increase your reps; Burn more calories.

In the past, I have written and advised about increasing the number of repetitions that you perform on any specific exercise. I want to put more emphasis on this subject as it is very important to increase your reps in order to burn calories and get lean.

By increasing your reps, you are naturally burning more calories. This in turns will increase your metabolism. This is the formula for burning fat.

If you do circuit training, where you go from exercise machine to exercise machine, try increasing the number of reps that you do. Aim to complete 20+ reps in order to get a good burn. While doing the circuit training, try moving from machine to machine with out any rest in between. Rest after you have completed the last machine. Then repeat. Do this program at least three times, only resting after you have completed the last exercise machine.

This will increase your stamina which will help you maintain a very steady pace and will help you work out longer and harder.

Get the body that you want by working hard at it. You will appreciate the new you, and you will be more than likely to keep what you have earned through the "sweat" equity that you have put into your workouts.

With all of the tips that I have provided here today, you must always remember that your diet is a very important part in all of this. You have to be mindful of what you are eating. Cut the fat, cut the sugar, and cut the carbs. A very good idea is to go 30 or 40 days without eating any carbs.
